These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of www.tinyhours.ca (the “Site”). The Site is owned and operated by Of Sorts™️ and is an arts organization, events platform, and community.
By accessing or using the Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms at all times. If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use the Site.
1. Intellectual Property
All content published and made available on the Site is the property of Teaunna Gray and/or the Site’s creators, unless otherwise indicated.
This includes, but is not limited to, images, text, logos, documents, downloadable files, graphics, and any other materials that contribute to the composition of the Site.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, transmit, or otherwise use Site content without appropriate authorization, except where permitted by applicable law.
2. Sale of Goods and Services
These Terms govern the sale of goods and services made available through the Site.
Goods
The Site may offer educational products and other goods from time to time.
Services
The Site may offer event services and other services from time to time.
Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase, services are payable in full when ordered.
These Terms apply to all goods and services displayed on the Site at the time you access or purchase them, including products that may subsequently become unavailable or out of stock.
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that information, descriptions, and images relating to our goods and services are accurate and up to date. However, we do not guarantee that all information, descriptions, images, or other content relating to our goods and services will always be complete, current, or error-free.
You agree to purchase goods and services from the Site at your own risk, subject to any rights and protections provided to you under applicable consumer protection legislation.
3. Orders and Cancellations
We reserve the right to modify, reject, or cancel an order whenever it becomes necessary.
If we cancel an order after your payment has already been processed, we will provide a refund equal to the amount you paid.
You are responsible for monitoring the payment method or account used for your purchase to verify receipt of any applicable refund.
4. Subscriptions
Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase, subscriptions do not automatically renew.
You will be notified before your next payment is due and must authorize the payment in order for your subscription to continue.
5. Payments
We may accept the following payment methods through the Site:
Credit card; and
Debit.
When you provide payment information, you authorize us to use and access the payment method you have selected for the purpose of processing your purchase.
By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the amount due for the applicable goods or services to your selected payment method.
If we believe that a payment has violated applicable law or these Terms, we reserve the right to cancel or reverse the transaction.
6. Consumer Protection Law
Where the Consumer Protection Act or any other consumer protection legislation applicable in your jurisdiction applies and cannot legally be excluded, these Terms will not limit your legal rights or remedies under that legislation.
These Terms will be interpreted subject to any mandatory provisions of applicable consumer protection legislation.
If there is a conflict between these Terms and mandatory consumer protection legislation, the applicable mandatory provisions of that legislation will prevail.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Teaunna Gray and our directors, officers, agents, employees, subsidiaries, and affiliates will not be liable for any actions, claims, losses, damages, liabilities, or expenses, including legal fees, arising from or relating to your use of the Site.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law.
8. Indemnity
Except where prohibited by law, by using the Site, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Teaunna Gray and our directors, officers, agents, employees, subsidiaries, and affiliates from and against any actions, claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses, including legal fees, arising out of or relating to:
your use of the Site;
your violation of these Terms; or
your violation of any applicable law or the rights of another person.
9. Applicable Law
These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.
Any applicable legal proceedings will be subject to the laws and jurisdiction applicable in Ontario, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
10. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be inconsistent with or invalid under applicable law, that provision will be deemed void or removed to the extent necessary.
The invalidity or removal of any provision will not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. The remainder of these Terms will continue to apply.
11. Changes to These Terms
These Terms may be amended from time to time in order to maintain compliance with applicable law and to reflect changes to the way we operate the Site or the way we expect users to behave on the Site.
Where appropriate, we may notify users of material changes by email or by posting a notice on the Site.
Your continued use of the Site after changes to these Terms have been posted may constitute acceptance of the revised Terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

We collect your full name, address, contact information, billing information.
2. How We Use Personal Information
Collected information is used, to process purchases and payments, provide services, communicate with users, administer events, respond to inquiries, and improve the Site.
3. Payment Information
Payment information is processed via Squarespace and their secure third-party payment providers.
4. Cookies and Website Technologies
This site does not currently collect cookies or API analytics when visiting the site.
5. Sharing of Information
Personal information may be shared with service providers, payment processors, event partners, legal authorities, or other third parties strictly only when necessary of a subpoena has been issues for such information.
6. Data Storage and Security
All data is stored securely via Squarespace and it’s third party providers.
7. Retention of Information
Personal information is store indefinitely.
8. User Rights
Users have the rights to access, correct, withdraw consent, or request deletion of personal information.
9. Third-Party Websites and Services
The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services and that those third parties may have their own privacy policies.
